Is there a mobile app for installers?
Yes — one app for iPhone and Android is live on the App Store and Google Play. The installer side handles full job detail, photo capture, customer signature, and push notifications; most actions need a data connection to save, and the digital vehicle inspection checklist is the one part that saves on the phone. Customers sign in to the same app with a code sent by text.
Can I run multiple shops on one account?
Yes — the HQ add-on shows numbers across all your locations, shares one service catalog with per-location changes, calculates franchise fees for franchise systems, and a separate add-on covers selling new franchise units.
Does SalesThumb work for franchises?
Yes. The HQ add-on is built for multi-location and franchise operators — franchise-fee (royalty) calculation, reports across locations, per-location pricing rules with franchisor-set minimums and maximums, and a one-click catalog push that respects each location's changes. The Franchise Sales add-on is a separate CRM for selling new units.
