On Growth ($399/mo) and up, yes — plain-English booking on the public booking page (customer types 'darkest legal tint on my Tesla', AI matches to your menu) + AI slot-fill (cancellation → AI ranks waitlist + drafts a one-tap text for top 3 candidates) + AI quote-suggest. Will I lose the OrbisX customer mobile app?+
No — SalesThumb has its own customer mobile app (Expo, iOS + Android). Customer logs in with name + phone (passwordless 6-digit SMS code).
