Where the hours go
These are honest estimates of how long each task takes by hand. The AI does the same work in seconds — you just review and approve.
Estimated — your results will vary. These are per-task time estimates of the manual work, not measured results from specific shops.
Grouped the way the app is. Each card is a shipped tool — what it does, and the manual time it replaces.
Win more of the work that's already in front of you.
Builds one prioritized rep to-do list — cold quotes to win back, at-risk appointments to confirm, customers overdue for a check-in. Read-only; you act through the normal flows.
Describe a job in plain English and get structured line items back, drawn from your own menu. You review before it's sent.
Snap the customer's car; it IDs the vehicle, matches it to your tint vehicle type, and drafts a Good / Better / Best option at your own retail prices. Read-only draft.
Pick a service and get a floor / target / stretch price band derived from your own catalog, win/loss, and how booked you are. Advisory only — it never changes a price.
Per-service close-rate analysis that suggests RAISE / REDUCE / HOLD / REPOSITION on each menu item. You decide what to apply.
Finds stale quotes that never converted and drafts a personalized follow-up text for each customer. You approve every message before it goes.
Ranks customers by churn risk (recency · frequency · spend), estimates lifetime value, and suggests the next-best service to invite each one back for. Read-only.
Finds upcoming low-utilization days from your hours and bookings, then drafts a win-back campaign — who to invite, a limited-time offer, ready-to-edit SMS + email. Read-only.
Scores upcoming appointments by no-show risk and drafts a confirmation nudge for the risky ones. You send the ones you want.
Analyzes recent quotes vs. wins and returns concrete coaching to lift your close rate. Read-only advice.
Photo evidence at check-in and check-out — the dispute shield.
Photograph the car at check-in; it maps the pre-existing scratches, dents, and chips by severity so a later “you damaged it” claim is answered from the intake photo, not memory. Read-only.
Snap the finished work; it flags likely workmanship defects — bubbles, lifting edges, debris under film, uneven cuts, ceramic high spots — with a pass / review / rework call and a fix hint, before the customer sees the car. Read-only; the tech decides.
Photo + your tier rules → an approve / deny / escalate recommendation with reasoning. Advisory — a human makes the call.
Understand the business and see what's coming.
Ask your shop a question in plain English — revenue, margins, best customers — and get an answer grounded only in your real numbers. It can't fabricate a figure.
Projects the next few weeks of demand from your own bookings and quotes — expected volume per week, which weeks look busy or slow, and planning hints for staffing and film stock. Read-only.
Closes out today: jobs done, money collected, what slipped, and tomorrow's prep — in one short read.
A 30-second scan of urgent ops signals — low stock, churn risk, lapsed customers, money on the table — so nothing slips on a busy day.
Clusters recent customer reviews into themes — what customers love and what to fix. Read-only.
Keep stock and warrantied customers on track.
Spots low-stock film and items before you run out and suggests a reorder list. You place the order.
Drafts recoat / inspection-due reminders for warrantied ceramic & PPF customers coming due. Read-only; you send what you approve.
“By hand” figures are estimates of how long each task typically takes manually — illustrative capability comparisons, not measured outcomes from specific shops. “Pro” marks tools included on the Professional plan and up.
How it works
The AI is built to assist a shop, not replace its judgment. It drafts; you decide.
Every tool is read-only or advisory. Nothing is sent, booked, or charged until you say so.
Analytics tools compute the real figures in code first; the AI only narrates them. It can't invent a number or a customer.
AI usage is metered per shop with a monthly spend cap, so it never runs away with your costs.
Most AI tools are on the Professional plan and up; a few lighter helpers are available on lower tiers.
