Every completed card payment is refundable from its detail screen. Pick the payment, tap Refund, enter full or partial amount, pick a reason, and your processor issues the refund. How fast it lands on the customer's card depends on their bank, and your invoice balance updates in the same transaction as the refund.

Setting up payments is a short application through our payment processor's own hosted onboarding component — SalesThumb hands you off to it and hands you back once your merchant account is active. We don't control (or see) the exact verification steps it uses; no Plaid integration exists in our code. Our platform fee is one bundled, tier-based rate, visible in Reports → Fees before and after you go live.
