Accessibility

Last reviewed: October 12, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use SalesThumb: shop owners and their staff, and the customers who book, approve quotes, sign and pay on the pages shops send them. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on salesthumb.com and on those customer-facing pages (booking, quotes, invoices and the customer portal).

What we do

  • Use semantic page structure, labels on form fields, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus, including a skip-to-content link.
  • Check color contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Offer an email route when an automated bot check gets in your way.
  • Review new features for accessibility before they ship, and fix reported problems.

Need help or found a problem?

If any part of our site, or a shop’s SalesThumb page, is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or other assistive technology, email info@roffik.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We will reply within 2 business days and help you complete it another way while we fix the problem. You can also write to Roffik LLC, 1430 S Dixie Hwy, Ste 105-348, Coral Gables, FL 33146.

Some content comes from the shops that use SalesThumb, such as their own photos, documents and descriptions. If a problem is in that content, we will pass it on to the shop and help where we can.
