My Locations is a one-page summary for owners and admins who run more than one shop. It shows today's numbers for every location side by side, so you don't have to switch into each shop to check on it. It needs the +HQ add-on ($599/mo) on the organization your shops belong to.
My Locations is a quick daily check. For deeper reports, scorecards, and settings across the whole group, use the HQ dashboard. See Switching between your locations and the HQ dashboard view.
Opening My Locations
- In the sidebar, open Insights & setup and click My Locations. It's at the top of that group.
- Or click the shop switcher at the top of the sidebar and click View all next to the Locations heading.
The link shows when you belong to more than one shop and you're an Owner or Admin of the shop you're in right now.
Which shops show up
A shop appears here when both of these are true:
- You're an Owner or Admin of it. Shops where you're a Manager or another role don't show.
- It belongs to an organization that has the +HQ add-on.
If only one shop qualifies, the page sends you straight back to your shop's dashboard, since there's nothing to compare.
The totals across all your shops
Four tiles at the top add up every shop on the page:
- Revenue today: money collected today
- Revenue · last 7d: money collected over the last seven days
- Appointments today: today's appointments, not counting canceled or no-shows
- Open alerts: the total of all the alerts on the shop cards below. The tile turns amber when there's at least one.
Revenue counts completed payments, after any refunds.
Reading a shop card
Each shop has its own card, with the busiest shops first. Cards are sorted by today's revenue, then 7-day revenue, then name. Each card shows:
- The shop name, with an Owner or Admin badge for your role there
- The address, or "Address not set"
- The shop's plan
- An Active badge if it's the shop you're in right now
- Today rev, Today appts, and 7d rev
- Alert chips, or "No alerts":
- low stock: active inventory items at or below their minimum on-hand level
- past due: sent or partly paid invoices past their due date
- overdue 30d+: sent or partly paid invoices more than 30 days past due
An invoice more than 30 days late counts as both past due and overdue 30d+.
Jumping into a shop
Click Open this shop on any card. SalesThumb switches you into that location and opens its dashboard. On the shop you're already in, the button says Go to shop.
To leave without switching, click Back to active shop at the top right.
If the page is empty
You'll see one of two messages:
- "See all [number] of your locations in one view": you own or run two or more shops, but they aren't linked to an organization with +HQ yet. Click Upgrade to +HQ to see your options.
- "Get started with your first location": you aren't an Owner or Admin of any shop yet. Click Create your first location to set one up.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Why don't I see My Locations in my sidebar?
A: It shows when you belong to more than one shop and you're an Owner or Admin of the shop you're in. Managers and other roles don't get it.
Q: Why is one of my shops missing?
A: Only shops where you're an Owner or Admin, and that belong to an organization with the +HQ add-on, appear. A shop where you're a Manager, or one outside your +HQ organization, won't show.
Q: Does My Locations need a paid add-on?
A: Yes. Your shops need to be linked to an organization with the +HQ add-on. Without it, owners of two or more shops see an Upgrade to +HQ prompt instead of the summary.
Q: What counts as an open alert?
A: Low-stock inventory items, invoices past their due date, and invoices more than 30 days past due. The Open alerts tile adds these up across all your shops.
Q: Can I change anything from this page?
A: No. It's a read-only summary. Click Open this shop to switch into a location and work there.
