Each location builds its own price boards and daily specials under Settings → Pricing Screens. HQ can do two things on top of that: set one look for every location's boards, and push a starter board out to every location at once. Locations always keep their own prices and their own specials.
Open it from the HQ sidebar: Pricing screens.
Set and lock the brand look
The Brand look card has:
- Palette — Charcoal, Clean white, Midnight navy, or Warm sand.
- Accent color — pick a color, or click Use HQ brand color.
- Lock for every location — locations can't change the colors, and your HQ logo shows on every board.
A preview with sample prices shows the look as you change it. Click Save look.
The look only takes effect while it's locked. Once it's locked, every location's lobby TV boards and daily-special slides use your palette, accent and HQ logo. At the location, the board editor says the colors and logo are set by HQ, and the color controls are greyed out. Turn the lock off and save, and locations go back to the colors they picked.
Push a starter board to every location
The Push a starter board to every location card sends the same board to every active location in your HQ.
- Pick a template: Price grid, Package tiers, or Tint films. Below the buttons you'll see the board's name and its rows.
- Decide whether to tick Replace the board at locations that already have one with this name.
- Click Push to every location, then confirm with Push to locations.
When it's done, a message tells you how many locations got a new board, how many were replaced, and how many were skipped because they already had it.
How prices are filled in at each location:
- Package tiers — each package is matched to that location's own service with the same name (capital letters don't matter). If the location has no service with that name, that price is left blank.
- Price grid and Tint films — every price starts blank. The location picks its own services for each column.
Example prices from the template are never sent to locations. Pushed boards are set to show on each location's public price page, and they use the default colors unless your look is locked.
Things to know before you push
- Replacing overwrites. With the replace box ticked, a location that already has a board with this name gets it replaced, including any rows they added. Leave it unticked to skip those locations.
- Only active locations get it.
- Locations finish the job. After a push, each location should open the board in Settings → Pricing Screens, fill in any blank prices, and save.
- There's a limit. If you push too many times in an hour, you'll see "Too many pushes — try again later."
Who can do this
Saving the look and pushing boards needs the HQ Owner or HQ Admin role.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Does pushing a board set the same prices at every location?
A: No. Package tiers match each package to the location's own service with the same name, and grid and tint boards arrive with blank prices for the location to fill in. Each location's prices stay its own.
Q: What happens at a location that already has a board with the same name?
A: It's skipped, unless you tick Replace the board at locations that already have one with this name. Replacing overwrites their board, including any rows they added.
Q: Does the brand look apply if I don't lock it?
A: No. The look only takes effect while Lock for every location is on. With it off, each location uses the colors it picked.
Q: Can locations change their own specials when the look is locked?
A: Yes. The lock only covers colors and the logo. Locations still set their own prices and run their own daily specials.
Q: Who can push boards or change the look?
A: HQ Owners and HQ Admins.
