Pricing Screens lets you post your prices in two places from one setup: the TV in your lobby and a public price page you can share anywhere. You can also schedule daily specials that show up on both and, if you want, get charged to customers who book online while the special is running.
Open it from Settings → Pricing Screens. The page has two tabs: Boards and Specials. Near the top there's a View your public price page link.
Where the prices come from
A board doesn't keep its own copy of your prices. Each price on a board points at one of your services, and the price shown is that service's price from Settings → Services. Change a service price there and every board that uses it updates on the TV, the price page and your booking page. That's the whole point: the number on the wall and the number a customer is charged online always match.
You can also type a price by hand, or leave a spot blank, when a board needs something that isn't a service.
Make a board
- On the Boards tab, click New board.
- Pick a layout to start from:
- Price grid — services down the side, vehicle sizes across the top.
- Package tiers — side-by-side packages with what each one includes.
- Tint films — film lines down the side, window areas across the top.
- The board opens with example rows and prices. Give it a Board name, then edit the rows.
- For each price, open the picker and choose a service (it shows each service with its current price), Type a price, or Blank.
- Click Save board.
A live preview sits next to the form (above it on a phone), drawn the same way the TV draws it.
What else you can set on a board:
- Column headers — one price per column on every row, up to 4 columns (grid and tint layouts).
- Sections and rows, each with an optional small line under the name. Use the arrows to reorder and the trash icon to remove.
- For package tiers: What's included (up to 6 lines per package) and Highlight as "Most booked" for one package.
- Colors (Charcoal, Clean white, Midnight navy, Warm sand) and an Accent color, or Use brand color.
- Small print — a line at the bottom, like "Final price confirmed at drop-off."
- Switches for Show "from" before prices, Show service times, and Show "Book online" line.
- Show on my public price page — off for a new board. Turn it on and anyone with the link can see this board. Boards that are on get an On price page badge in the list.
Every row needs a name, and the board needs a name, before it will save. Deleting a board takes it off your TV and price page right away.
Schedule a daily special
On the Specials tab, click New special and fill in:
- Headline — for example "Tint Tuesday."
- Description (optional).
- Service — the service the deal is for, or No service (promo only) for a general promo. When you pick a service you'll see its regular price.
- Special price.
- Starts on and Ends on (optional) — leave the end date empty to keep it going.
- Days — tap the days it runs. None picked means every day.
- From and Until — half-hour times. Leave them on When we open and When we close to run all day.
Then four switches, all on for a new special:
- Show on lobby TV
- Show on website — your public price page.
- Honor this price for online bookings — customers who book online while it's running pay the special price.
- Enabled — turn off to pause it without deleting.
Click Save special. A preview shows how it looks on the TV while it's running. A special price needs a service picked, and if the special is tied to a service and honored for online bookings, it needs a special price.
The list shows each special's status: Running now, Scheduled, Ended or Off. That status uses the clock on the device you're looking at. The TV, the price page and online booking go by your shop's time zone.
Specials and online booking
When Honor this price for online bookings is on, a customer who books that service on your booking page while the special is running is charged the special price, and the booking page shows the regular price struck through. A few rules:
- If two specials for the same service run at once, the lower price wins.
- A "special" price that's equal to or higher than the regular price is ignored.
- If the service is removed or turned off, the special stops showing.
Your public price page
Your price page lives at /prices/your-shop-slug on your SalesThumb booking domain. Use the View your public price page link at the top of Pricing Screens to open it and copy the address. Share it on Google, Instagram, or a window cling.
It shows any specials running now that have Show on website on, then every board you've marked Show on my public price page, laid out for phones, with a Book now button that goes to your booking page. If you have no public boards and no specials running online, visitors see "No prices posted here yet."
Put it on the lobby TV
The TV side runs through your signage playlists in Settings → Lobby & Sales TVs. Open a playlist, and under Add slide pick:
- Price board — choose which board to show, or leave it on First board in Pricing screens. If the board has no rows yet, the slide is skipped.
- Daily specials — shows the special running right now, with a countdown. It's skipped when nothing is running, so your TV never shows a blank slide.
TV displays are part of the Growth plan and up. Building boards and specials, and the public price page, don't need a higher plan.
Who can change prices
Everyone on your team can open Pricing Screens and look at boards and specials. Changing, saving or deleting them needs permission to manage pricing, which owners, admins and managers have by default. Anyone else sees "View only — ask an owner or manager to change prices."
If your shop belongs to an HQ, HQ can lock the board colors and logo for every location. You'll see "Colors and logo are set by" your HQ on the board editor, and the color controls are greyed out. Your prices and specials are still yours.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I have to update my prices in two places?
A: No. When a board price points at a service, it shows that service's price from Settings → Services. Change it there and the TV, the price page and the booking page all update.
Q: Will a customer who books online actually get the special price?
A: Yes, if the special has Honor this price for online bookings turned on, it's tied to a service, and it's running at the time they book. Your shop's time zone decides when it's running.
Q: Why isn't my board showing on the public price page?
A: Each board has its own Show on my public price page switch, and it's off for a new board. Turn it on and save the board.
Q: Do I need the Growth plan for this?
A: Only for the TV. Boards, specials and the public price page work on any plan. Showing them on a lobby TV uses signage, which is part of the Growth plan and up.
Q: Why can't I edit a board?
A: Editing needs permission to manage pricing, which owners, admins and managers have by default. Other team members can view boards but not change them.
