Posted prices build trust. Pricing screens let you put your prices on your lobby TV and on a public price page, and run scheduled specials on both. Find it at Settings → Pricing screens.
Build a price board
On the Boards tab, start a board from one of the templates and pick your colors — your shop logo is added for you. Each cell on the board picks one of your services, so the board always shows the same price as your quotes and booking page; change a price in Settings → Services and the board updates with it.
Schedule a special
On the Specials tab, add a deal with a headline, an optional service and special price, and when it runs: start and end dates, which days of the week, and which hours. While it's on, it shows wherever you've turned it on:
- Show on lobby TV
- Show on website — your public price page.
- Honor this price for online bookings — customers who book that service online while the special is running pay the special price, and the booking line shows the special's headline so your team knows why.
Put it on the lobby TV
Under Settings → Signage, add a Price board or Specials slide to a lobby TV playlist. A Specials slide with nothing running is skipped, so the TV never shows an empty screen. Lobby TV is part of the Growth plan and up.
Share your public price page
The View your public price page link at the top of Settings → Pricing screens opens your shop's page at /prices/your-shop-slug. Share it on Google, Instagram or a window cling. The public price page is on every plan.
For franchise and multi-location HQs
At HQ, Pricing screens sets the colors every location's boards use; switch on Lock for every location to keep them all on brand. Push a starter board to every location gives each shop a ready-made board matched to its own services by name. Each location keeps its own prices and specials — HQ never sets them.
