Checking your numbers on the mobile Reports screen

What each card on the mobile app's Reports screen counts, which 30 days it covers, and who can open it.

4 min read

The Reports screen in the mobile app is a quick, read-only look at the last 30 days: revenue, your quote funnel, installer jobs, low film, unpaid invoices, commissions, cost and margin, and time off. There's no date picker. For other ranges, more reports, or CSV export, use Reports in the web app.

Opening Reports

There are two ways in:

  • On the Dashboard tab, tap the Reports card ("Revenue trend, funnel, leaderboard, low stock").
  • Tap the round button at the bottom of the app to open the Go to panel, then tap Reports under Reports.

You need the permission to view financial reports. Owners, Admins and Managers have it by default. Your owner can give it to anyone else, or take it away, in team permissions. Without it you see Reports access needed. Pull down on the screen to refresh every card.

Revenue · last 30 days

The big number is money actually collected: completed payments, minus any amount refunded, over the last 30 days. It is not what you invoiced. Each bar is one day, counted by your shop's own time zone, so an evening payment lands on the right day. If nothing was collected you see No revenue in this window.

Quote → close funnel

This card counts quotes created in the last 30 days:

  • Quotes sent: every quote except drafts. Declined and expired quotes still count here.
  • Approved: approved quotes, including ones already turned into an invoice.
  • Converted to invoice and Declined.
  • Approval rate: Approved divided by Quotes sent.

Installer leaderboard

Each installer is listed with completed jobs out of all jobs assigned to them, for appointments that start in the last 30 days. The installer with the most completed jobs is first. Only appointments with an installer assigned count; bays don't. If no installer had a job in that window, you see No completed jobs yet.

The funnel and the leaderboard are part of the Growth plan and up. On a lower plan, those two cards say the feature isn't included in your shop's current plan.

Low stock (film)

This lists active film rolls whose remaining length is under the reorder threshold set on the film product. Remaining length is the roll's starting length minus every usage logged against it, shortest first. A product with no threshold never shows here. When nothing is low you see All film in stock. See Setting up low-stock alerts for thresholds.

Aged receivables

This card is not limited to 30 days. It totals every open invoice with a balance due, then splits them into 0–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and 90+ days by how long ago the invoice was created. The two oldest buckets turn amber and red when they hold money. For the full list, see Seeing unpaid invoices by age (AR aging).

Commissions by tech

Each tech's line shows their role, job count, commission percent and the amount earned, highest first. It uses invoices created in the last 30 days that aren't voided, linked to an appointment where that person is the installer. The amount is the invoice total times the commission percent on their team profile. An invoice shared by two techs is split between them.

This card does not use your Tech Pay rules, and it counts an invoice whether or not it has been paid. For pay-period commission based on your rules, use Tech Pay instead (Setting up Tech Pay commission rules).

COGS & Margin

The big number is gross profit for the last 30 days: money collected on invoices created in that window, minus your cost of goods. Total COGS adds Film COGS (each roll's cost spread over the inches logged) and Item COGS (unit cost of items used or scrapped). Margin is gross profit divided by money collected.

If no film or item costs were logged, Margin shows a dash instead of a misleading 100%. This card needs the Inventory feature, which is on the Growth plan and up.

Collected on this period's invoices can differ from the Revenue card at the top. Revenue counts every payment received in the window. This line only counts payments on invoices created in the window.

Time off · last 30 days + upcoming

Three counts of time-off requests that start anywhere from 30 days ago to a year from today: Pending, Approved, and total Requests. The total includes denied requests. To approve or deny one, see Requesting and approving time off.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Why doesn't the Revenue number match the money collected line in COGS & Margin?

A: Revenue counts every payment received in the last 30 days. Collected on this period's invoices only counts payments on invoices created in the last 30 days, so a payment on an older invoice shows in Revenue but not there.

Q: Can I change the date range on the mobile Reports screen?

A: No. Every card uses the last 30 days, except Aged receivables, which shows all open invoices. Use Reports in the web app for other ranges.

Q: Why does a team member see "Reports access needed"?

A: Their account doesn't have the permission to view financial reports. Owners, Admins and Managers have it by default, and the owner can grant or remove it in team permissions.
