The mobile app has its own Learn screen with the same guided walkthroughs as the web Learn hub. Open it from the round button at the bottom of the screen: Go to → Everyday → Learn. Installers, sales staff and managers all see it.
Your progress is shared with the web, so a walkthrough you start on your phone picks up where you left off on a computer, and the other way round.
What's on the Learn screen
The first card is Show me around: a quick tour of the bottom buttons, the thumb, and the action button beside it. Tapping it takes you back to the main tabs and replays that tour over the bottom bar.
Below it is one card for each walkthrough your role can take, with its title, a short description, and a status line:
- Not started: you've never opened it.
- In progress · 2/6: how far you've got.
- Completed: you reached the last step and tapped Done.
- Skipped: you tapped Skip tour before finishing.
If nothing is set up for your role, the screen says "No guided tours for your role yet."
Going through a walkthrough
- Tap a walkthrough's card. It opens at the step where you left off.
- Read the step. The top shows the walkthrough's name, "3 of 6" and a progress bar.
- Tap Next to move on, or Back to go to the step before.
- On the last step, tap Done. The card then shows Completed.
Each tap on Next saves your place, so you can leave and come back later. Steps that need a permission you don't have are left out, and the step count only counts the steps you'll actually see.
On a phone, a step is a plain card with text. Some steps end with a highlighted note telling you what to tap. Those notes often describe a page in the web app, and the phone won't open that page for you, so try that part on a computer.
Skip tour closes the walkthrough and marks it Skipped. If you open it again later and tap Next, the skip is cleared and it goes back to In progress.
Once a walkthrough is Completed or Skipped, its card shows a Retake button. Retake wipes your progress on that walkthrough right away, with no confirmation, and sets it back to Not started. It doesn't open the walkthrough. Tap the card afterwards to start again from the first step.
The "New here?" card
On your home screen, a New here? card can appear for a shop walkthrough you've never started, skipped or finished. Tap Start to begin it. If you dismiss it, it stays hidden until you next open the app. The Learn screen lists every walkthrough either way.
This card only offers shop walkthroughs. HQ and Franchise Sales walkthroughs still appear on the Learn screen for people with those roles, but their steps are about web pages, so they're easier to follow on a computer.
What isn't on the Learn screen
The courses HQ builds under Training (video, article and quiz lessons with due dates) are a separate system and don't appear in the mobile app. See Building training courses from HQ.
For the web version of this screen, see Using the Learn hub (Teaching Wizard). Owners can see who has finished what in Seeing your team's Teaching Wizard training progress.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Where is Learn in the mobile app?
A: Tap the round button at the bottom of the screen to open the Go to panel, then tap Learn under Everyday.
Q: Does my progress carry over between the phone and the web?
A: Yes. Both use the same walkthroughs and the same saved progress, so you pick up at the same step on either one.
Q: What does Retake do?
A: It clears your progress on that walkthrough right away and sets it back to Not started. Tap the card afterwards to start again from the first step.
