Where to find it
The Learn hub lives at "Learn SalesThumb" (URL: /app/learn), but it isn't in the sidebar navigation — you won't find a "Learn" link in the left-hand menu. There are two ways in: type or bookmark /app/learn directly, or use the floating "Quick tour available" card that can pop up in the bottom-right corner of the screen. That card only appears when you have an untouched wizard (one you've never started, skipped, or finished) available for the part of the app you're currently in — shop, HQ, or franchise sales, not any one specific page — and it gives you a "Start" button plus a "See all" link that takes you to the full Learn hub. If you dismiss that card, it stays hidden only for that browser tab: the dismissal is stored in that tab's session storage, so it reappears if you open a new tab or start a fresh browser session — it isn't tied to signing in or out. It also won't show up while you're going through shop onboarding, so it doesn't stack on top of that flow.
What you'll see on the page
Once you're on the Learn hub, wizards are grouped into sections by role — so if your account has more than one role (for example an org owner who also acts as a manager), you may see more than one section, each labeled with that role's name. Which wizards show up at all depends on your detected roles and the shop you currently have active, so if you don't see one you expect, double-check you're on the right shop first. If there's genuinely nothing available yet, the page just says "No wizards available for your role yet. Check back soon."
Each wizard is shown as its own card with a title, a progress bar, and (when one is set) a short description. The bar and the "X of Y steps" label update as you go, and once every step is done the card gets a green "Done" badge and the label switches to "All steps." If you dismissed a wizard without finishing it, it instead shows a gray "Skipped" badge.
Starting, continuing, and replaying
The main button on each card changes label depending on where you left off: "Start" if you've never opened it, "Continue" if you're partway through, or "Replay" once it's already complete. Clicking it opens the wizard in a full-screen overlay and walks you through the steps. When you finish a wizard, the completion screen tells you that you can replay it any time from /app/learn — so it's worth remembering that URL even if you found your way in through the tour card.
Skip and Reset — know what each one actually does
Two secondary controls can appear on a card. "Skip" only shows up on a wizard you haven't finished or skipped yet, and clicking it marks the wizard skipped without walking through any steps — useful if it doesn't apply to you right now. "Reset" shows up on any wizard you've started, finished, or skipped, and it wipes that wizard's progress back to zero so it behaves like you've never touched it — there's no confirmation prompt before it fires, so don't click it on a wizard you meant to keep credit for finishing. Both actions update the hub immediately once they complete.
A couple of things worth knowing
Because the Learn hub isn't reachable from the sidebar, new team members may not discover it on their own unless the "Quick tour available" card happens to catch their eye — it's worth telling new hires about /app/learn directly rather than counting on them to stumble onto it. Also keep in mind that the wizard list reflects the shop you currently have selected, so if you manage multiple shops and a training wizard seems to be missing, check that you're looking at the right one before assuming something's broken.
