The Awards screen in the mobile app shows the awards you've earned at your current shop, a wall of the latest awards across your team, and three quick totals. Every role with mobile access can open it. Owners and Admins also get a Give an award button to hand out an award on the spot.
To open it, tap the round button at the bottom center to open the Go to panel, then tap Awards ("Milestones & team wall") under Team.
The totals at the top
Three tiles count the awards given at this shop that haven't been revoked:
- Granted: every award handed out.
- Recipients: how many different teammates have at least one.
- Gold+: awards at the Gold, Platinum or Diamond tier.
Pull down on the screen to refresh the totals, your awards and the shop wall.
My awards
This section lists the awards you've earned at this shop. Each card shows the tier, the category, the award name and its tagline, plus Earned and the date. Awards that came with a measured number, like jobs closed, show it after the date.
Tap the star on a card to pin it. Pinned awards move to the top of your list, and they also appear on your installer card on the shop's public booking page. Tap the star again to unpin. You can only pin awards you received yourself.
Shop wall
The Shop wall lists the 30 most recent awards at your shop, newest first, as "Name earned Award" with the tier and date. Revoked awards don't appear.
Giving an award (Owner and Admin)
- Tap Give an award.
- Under 1. Pick the award, tap an award. Only active awards are listed, with their tier, category and how many have been earned.
- Under 2. Pick the recipient, tap one teammate.
- Optionally type a note under 3. Note (optional).
- Tap Give award.
The phone gives an award to one person at a time. To give the same award to a group, or to revoke one, use Settings → Awards on the web. Creating new awards is also web-only; if the list is empty, the sheet tells you to create them under Settings → Awards. Managers and other roles don't see the button. The server only accepts awards given by an Owner or Admin.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Why don't I see the Give an award button?
A: Only Owners and Admins can give awards. Everyone else can view their own awards, pin them, and see the shop wall.
Q: What happens if I give someone an award they already have?
A: Nothing new is added. A person can hold each award only once at a shop unless it was revoked, so the second grant is skipped.
Q: Can customers see my awards?
A: Only the ones you pin. Pinned awards show on your installer card on the shop's public booking page.
