The Dashboard in the SalesThumb mobile app is a quick look at how the shop is doing, made for owners and managers checking in from their phone. It's view-only: you read numbers here and jump to other screens from it, but you don't change anything on it.
Opening the Dashboard
Owners, admins and managers land on the Dashboard when they open the app. To get back to it later, tap the round thumb button at the bottom of the screen to open Go to and pick Dashboard under Everyday. (If your role shows fewer tiles in the bottom row, Dashboard may be one of those tiles instead.)
Other team members who open it see Manager view with a note that the dashboard is for owners and managers.
Picking a time range
The revenue card at the top has four buttons: Today, 7D, 30D and 90D. It starts on 30 days. The range you pick changes:
- the revenue total and the small bar chart under it
- Close rate
- New customers
Today starts at midnight in your shop's time zone. The Today job count and Waitlist always show right now, whatever range you pick. Pull down on the screen to refresh everything.
What's on it
Revenue. The big number is money collected in the range you picked, with the number of payments and the average ticket under it. The bars below show how it was spread out over that time. If your role isn't allowed to see financial reports, you'll see a dash and "Revenue isn't shared with your role" instead.
The four boxes:
- Today: jobs completed out of jobs booked today, plus how many are still upcoming.
- Close rate: the percent of quotes that were approved, out of the quotes sent in the range (shown as "approved/sent quotes").
- New customers: customers added in the range.
- Waitlist: how many people are waiting on your waitlist. If you have unread customer texts, the count shows here too, matching the badge on Messages.
Month goals. If your shop has set monthly goals, a Month goals card shows revenue so far this month against the revenue goal, and jobs so far against the job goal, each with a progress bar. Goals are set on the web app under Settings → Shop Profile, in the Monthly goals card. Leave them blank and the card stays hidden.
Gift cards outstanding. If your shop has active gift cards, this line shows the unspent balance and how many cards are active.
Crew handoff. A "From yesterday's crew" card can appear at the top so managers see the crew's notes first thing.
Shortcuts at the bottom
- AI Tools: forecasts, win-backs, an end-of-day brief and more.
- Reports: revenue trend, funnel, leaderboard and low stock. Shows if you can view financial reports.
- Inventory: stock value and reorder alerts. Shows if you can manage inventory.
- HQ Pulse: compare locations across your group. Shows for franchise and multi-location shops.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Why does my revenue show a dash?
A: Your role doesn't include permission to view financial reports, so revenue is hidden. Your shop owner can change this in team permissions.
Q: Why don't I see Month goals?
A: The card only shows once your shop has set monthly goals on the web app under Settings → Shop Profile → Monthly goals.
Q: Does the time range change the Today and Waitlist boxes?
A: No. Those always show right now. The range changes revenue, the chart, close rate and new customers.
Q: Can I edit anything from the Dashboard?
A: No. It's view-only. Use the shortcuts to open Reports, Inventory, AI Tools or HQ Pulse.
