If you've only ever opened HQ → Reports to check the Scorecard — the Health Index and the shop-by-shop ranking table — you've seen one of thirteen sections. The other twelve are where the actual cross-shop numbers live: a consolidated P&L, appointment volume, payroll rollups, customer growth, and more, all rolled up across every shop in your org. This is a tour of those twelve — 41 report cards in total.
Getting there
From the HQ dashboard, click Reports in the button row at the top of the page, or Reports under the Insights group in the left-hand HQ sidebar — both open the same page. If you specifically want the health-index ranking, there's a separate Scorecard button next to Reports on the dashboard that deep-links straight into that one section; see Comparing locations and tracking underperformers in your HQ network for that side of the page. Everything below is the rest of it.
The header on this page reads "[Your org name] — Reports," subtitled "Cross-shop analytics for every location under this org."
Dashboard or Detail
Same two-button toggle you'll recognize from the shop-level Reports page: Dashboard and Detail, top right. Dashboard is what opens first.
Dashboard lays out all 13 sections as tiles in a grid — icon, name, and a one-line description (Financial's is "Revenue, P&L, and payment trends," Operations' is "Appointment volume and close rate," and so on). Click a tile and it switches you into Detail, scrolled straight to that section.
Detail is a sidebar-plus-content layout: every section listed on the left with its icon, and all of them stacked top to bottom on the right in the same order — Scorecard, Financial, Operations, Staff & Payroll, Customers, Service Mix, Marketing, Warranty, Disputes, Inventory, Scheduling, Recurring & Waitlist, Staff Admin. Click a section name in the sidebar (or a tile back on Dashboard) and the page scrolls to it. A section's cards only load their numbers once you've scrolled near it, not all at once when the page opens, so don't be surprised if a card you jump straight to via the sidebar takes a beat to populate.
Hover a section — in the sidebar or as a Dashboard tile — and a star icon appears. Click it to pin that section into a Favorites row/list at the top of both views. This is saved in your browser's local storage, not to your account, so it's specific to the device and browser you're on.
Setting the date range
Next to the org name are From and To date fields you can type into directly, plus four quick-select buttons — 7d, 30d, 90d, 12m — that jump both fields to that span at once. The page opens on the trailing 30 days by default.
This range drives most of the cards across the twelve sections below. A handful are always a live, right-now snapshot regardless of what you've set it to — current Inventory Value, current Headcount, current Accounts Receivable Aging, current Gift Card Liability, and current Low Stock among them — because what they're showing (money currently owed, stock currently on the shelf) doesn't have a "during this window" version. Scorecard is the one section that ignores this control entirely — it has its own separate trailing 30/60/90/365-day window, covered in the Scorecard article linked above.
Financial — the consolidated P&L lives here
Thirteen cards. The two to know first:
- Consolidated P&L — Revenue Collected, Tips Collected, Tax Collected, Material COGS, and Gross Profit (with margin %) rolled up across every shop, then broken back out per shop in the table underneath. The card is explicit that COGS here is "approximated from invoiced film & parts," not a full accounting P&L with labor or overhead.
- HQ Consolidated Financials & Benchmarking — revenue, invoice count, average ticket, and royalty basis per shop, with each location benchmarked against the org-wide average and median for the period you've selected.
The other eleven: Year over Year by Shop, Accounts Receivable Aging, Revenue by Shop, Daily Revenue — All Shops, Weekly Revenue — 12 Weeks, AOV Trend — 12 Weeks, Payment Methods by Shop, Discount Usage by Shop, Sales Tax by Shop, Voids & Refunds by Shop, and Gift Card Liability by Shop.
Sales Tax by Shop on this page is a summary card, not the full picture. For a deeper chain-wide filing view — period chips, four KPI cards (collected, remitted, owed, and shops-with-revenue), and a per-shop table sorted by what's owed so you can see who needs to file first — go to the standalone Sales Tax page under HQ (`/app/hq/[orgId]/sales-tax`), reachable from the same Insights group in the sidebar as Reports.
Operations — appointment volume lives here
Four cards: Appointments by Shop — total, completed, no-show count, completion %, and no-show % per location; this is the appointment-volume rollup — plus Close Rate by Shop, Cancellations & No-Shows by Shop, and Open Quote Aging by Shop.
Staff & Payroll — the payroll rollup lives here
Three cards: Top Technicians — All Shops, Payroll Rollup (Total Payout, Commission, and Tips owed, org-wide and per shop — worth being precise that this is commission plus tips, not a full wages-and-hours payroll run), and Headcount.
Customers
Six cards: Customer Growth by Shop, Cross-Shop Customers, First-Time vs Repeat by Shop, Top Customers Across the Network, Customer Geography, and Vehicle Mix Across Org.
The rest of the sections
- Service Mix (2 cards) — Top Services Across Org, Service Mix by Shop.
- Marketing (3) — Messaging Volume, Review Velocity, Lead Source Attribution (Org).
- Warranty (1) — Warranties by Shop.
- Disputes (1) — Disputes by Shop.
- Inventory (2) — Inventory Value, Low Stock — All Shops.
- Scheduling (2) — Utilization by Shop, Rebook Rate by Shop.
- Recurring & Waitlist (2) — Recurring Appointments, Waitlist Performance.
- Staff Admin (2) — Time Clock Hours, Time Off Requests.
Exporting a card to CSV
Not every card has an export button — nine do today: in Financial, Consolidated P&L, Revenue by Shop, Accounts Receivable Aging, Sales Tax by Shop, Voids & Refunds by Shop, and Discount Usage by Shop; in Staff & Payroll, Payroll Rollup; in Customers, Top Customers Across the Network; and in Operations, Open Quote Aging by Shop. Each downloads immediately as a CSV of whatever's in that card's table for your current date range — no email, no background job to wait on. If a card you need isn't on this list, the numbers on screen are still the full picture for it; there's no hidden export.
If you land on an upgrade screen instead
Every card on this page rolls up data across shops, which is specifically what the +HQ add-on unlocks. If your org isn't on that plan, switching to Detail view shows a "Reports need the +HQ add-on" panel instead of any report cards, with a link to ask about the add-on.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Where do I see a combined P&L across all my shops?
A: HQ → Reports → Financial section → the Consolidated P&L card. It rolls up Revenue Collected, Tips, Tax, Material COGS, and Gross Profit (with margin %) across every shop in the org, then breaks the same figures back out per shop in the table underneath.
Q: Where's the appointment-volume rollup across all my locations?
A: HQ → Reports → Operations section → the Appointments by Shop card — total appointments, completed, no-shows, completion %, and no-show % for every shop for your selected date range.
Q: Where's a payroll rollup across all my shops?
A: HQ → Reports → Staff & Payroll section → the Payroll Rollup card, which totals Commission and Tips owed per shop and org-wide. It's commission plus tips, not a full wages-and-hours payroll run.
Q: Is the HQ Reports page the same thing as the Scorecard?
A: No. Scorecard is one of 13 sections on the HQ Reports page — the health-index ranking table. The other twelve, covered here, are the actual Financial, Operations, Staff & Payroll, Customers, and other cross-shop numbers.
Q: Can I export any of this to a spreadsheet?
A: Nine of the 41 report cards on the non-Scorecard sections have a CSV export button today, spread across Financial, Staff & Payroll, Customers, and Operations. Everything else on the page is view-only in the app.
