If you've bookmarked HQ → Compare or HQ → KPIs, both now redirect straight to HQ → Reports → Scorecard. Compare Shops was folded into the old KPIs page on 2026-07-13 (it was a strict subset of the same per-shop table, with fewer columns), and KPIs itself was folded into Reports as a "Scorecard" section on 2026-07-24, alongside two other ranking views that live on the main HQ dashboard. Here's what's actually where.
HQ dashboard: the revenue leaderboard
The Locations card on the main HQ dashboard has a Revenue/Billing toggle. Revenue view is a ranked leaderboard — every shop in the org, #1 through last, by trailing-30-day revenue, with payment count underneath each one. Billing view swaps that for city/state, customer count, and whether HQ or the shop itself owns billing for that location.
HQ dashboard: locations to call this week
Below that, a "Locations to call this week" card shows the bottom 5 shops by trailing-30-day revenue against the network median, with a badge showing what percent of the median each one is running at (red under 50%, amber otherwise). It only appears when there's actually a bottom tier to show — a healthy network with no shops meaningfully below median won't render it at all.
This is a dashboard card, not an automated alert: nothing gets emailed, texted, or pushed when a location slips. It's calculated fresh whenever someone opens the HQ dashboard and looks at it — there's no notification mechanism today that tells you a location has gone underperforming without you checking the dashboard yourself.
Reports → Scorecard: the deep comparison view
HQ → Reports → Scorecard is the full comparison surface — everything the old standalone KPIs page showed, now living as a Reports section:
- A Franchise Health Index hero: a single 0-100 number, an equal-weighted composite of completion rate, customer repeat rate, utilization, royalty compliance, and review conversion.
- An AUV/revenue strip: AUV (Average Unit Volume — trailing-12-month revenue per shop), revenue for your selected window with a % delta vs. the prior window, TTM revenue, and average ticket.
- Six category groups — Unit Economics, Customer Health, Operations, Staff Productivity, Brand & Reputation, Financial Compliance — each expandable into its own set of metric cards. Click Customize to hide any category you don't care about and set your own benchmark targets (an AUV target, and target rates for completion, repeat, and review conversion).
- A Shop Scorecard table at the bottom, ranked by trailing-12-month revenue, with a green/amber/rose dot per shop and columns for TTM revenue, window revenue, appointments, completion %, no-show %, customers, repeat %, average LTV, review conversion, and royalty compliance (with an overdue-statement count badge when relevant). Click a row to drill into that shop's own metrics.
The Scorecard has its own trailing-window control (30/60/90/365 days) instead of the shared date-range picker the rest of Reports uses, since "top quartile" and the Health Index are both defined over a trailing window — mixing that with an arbitrary from/to range would quietly change what "top quartile" means. "Top quartile" itself is relative to your own org's shops, not an outside benchmark. A footer note on the page: utilization assumes an 8-hour working day, and metric definitions follow ServiceTitan / Domino's Pulse conventions.
Gating
All three of these — the revenue leaderboard, "locations to call this week," and the Scorecard — require the HQ add-on.

Frequently asked questions
Q: I had HQ → Compare or HQ → KPIs bookmarked. Where did they go?
A: Both redirect automatically to HQ → Reports → Scorecard now — Compare Shops was folded into the old KPIs page on 2026-07-13, and KPIs itself was folded into Reports on 2026-07-24.
Q: What is the Franchise Health Index?
A: A single 0-100 number on the Scorecard section — an equal-weighted composite of completion rate, customer repeat rate, utilization, royalty compliance, and review conversion.
Q: Does SalesThumb send an alert when a location starts underperforming?
A: No. The "Locations to call this week" card on the HQ dashboard shows the bottom 5 shops by trailing-30-day revenue whenever you view the dashboard — there's no email, SMS, or push notification behind it today.
Q: What counts as "top quartile" on the Shop Scorecard?
A: It's calculated relative to your own organization's shops by trailing-12-month revenue, not against an outside industry benchmark.
Q: What time window does the Scorecard use?
A: You choose a trailing window of 30, 60, 90, or 365 days — a separate control from the date-range picker used on the rest of the Reports page.
Q: Can I hide KPI categories I don't need on the Scorecard?
A: Yes — the Customize button lets you hide any of the six category groups (Unit Economics, Customer Health, Operations, Staff Productivity, Brand & Reputation, Financial Compliance) and set your own benchmark targets.
