The Recurring Appointments report gives you a health check on your repeat schedules. It shows how many you have, how many are paused, how many are overdue and which ones are next in line.
Where to find it
Click Reports in the sidebar, switch to Detail, and open Scheduling → Recurring Appts. The card is titled Recurring Appointments, with the note "Recurring schedules (active and paused) and their health". You need permission to view financial reports.
This report is a live snapshot. The date range pills don't change it.
The four numbers
- Total: every recurring schedule your shop has, paused ones included.
- Enabled: schedules that are switched on.
- Disabled: schedules that are paused.
- Overdue: enabled schedules whose next date is already in the past.
An overdue schedule is worth a look. Open Schedules and go to the Recurring tab to check it. See Setting up recurring appointments.
The two tables
By frequency lists each cadence you use, with how many schedules use it. It says "No recurring schedules" when there are none.
Upcoming lists enabled schedules that have a next date, with three columns: Customer, Service and Next. It shows up to 25 rows and says "No upcoming" when empty. A schedule with no service shows a dash. A schedule whose customer can't be found shows as Unknown.
The Upcoming list is sorted by the Next date, soonest first. If you have more than 25 enabled schedules with a next date, it shows the 25 that come up soonest.
Changing a schedule
This report is read-only. To pause, resume or delete a schedule, use the Recurring tab under Schedules.
