SalesThumb's AI tools live in two places in the mobile app: a shortcut bar on the Today tab and a full AI Tools screen.
The AI tools bar on Today
- Open the Today tab.
- Tap the AI Tools bar to expand it. The app remembers whether you left it open or closed.
- Tap a shortcut: Intake Scan, Install QC, Photo → Quote, or Warranty Triage.
See every AI tool
Tap All AI tools at the end of the bar. The AI Tools screen groups every tool by job:
- Sell & convert: AI Actions, Ask SalesThumb, Today, Photo → Quote, Dynamic Pricing, Outreach, and Close-Rate Coach.
- Inspect & protect: Intake Damage Scan, Install QC, and Warranty Triage.
- Owner intelligence: Business Analyst, Demand Forecast, and Review Themes.
- Run the shop: Inventory Reorder.
Tap any card to open that tool.
Why you might not see a tool
The screen only shows tools that fit your role. Installers see the inspection tools, sales staff see the selling tools, and Owners, Admins, and Managers also see the owner intelligence and inventory tools. If you see "No AI tools for your role," ask your shop owner about your access. Some tools also depend on your plan.
How the AI tools work
