One mobile screen for five AI follow-up lists: Stale Quotes, Churn Risk, Slow Days, Maintenance Due and No-Shows. It drafts messages and never sends them.

4 min read

Outreach puts five AI follow-up tools on one screen in the mobile app. Each one finds a group of customers and drafts a message for them. Nothing is sent from this screen. You review each draft and send it yourself.

To open it, go to the AI Tools screen and tap Outreach under Sell & convert. See Finding every AI tool in the mobile app.

Pick a list

Tabs across the top switch between the lists. You only see the tabs your role can use.

Stale Quotes

Finds quotes that never turned into a job. Set Lookback (days) and tap Refresh. You see Stale quotes, Total at risk and Drafts ready. Each draft shows who it's for, the message and why. Tap a draft to open that customer, then send it from their conversation. The web version is Using AI Quote Win-Back.

Churn Risk

Ranks your customers by how likely they are to stop coming back. Each row shows a risk score out of 100, the last visit, an estimated lifetime value, and the next service to invite them back for. It only reads and ranks. Tap a customer to open them. The web version is Using the AI Churn & LTV tool.

Slow Days

Tap Find slow days & draft a campaign. You see Upcoming slow days with open slots, a Suggested limited-time offer, an SMS draft, an Email draft, and Customers to invite back. If there's nothing to fill, it says No slow days to fill. The web version is Filling slow days with AI.

Maintenance Due

Finds ceramic and PPF customers whose yearly inspection or recoat is Overdue or Due soon. Pick SMS or Email under Channel, then read each Reminder draft. The web version is Using AI Maintenance Reminders.

No-Shows

Scores upcoming appointments by no-show risk. You see how many were scanned and flagged. Each risky appointment shows its score, the reasons, and a Suggested confirmation text. The web version is Using the AI No-Show Risk tool.

Who can use it

Outreach is for sales staff, owners and managers. Installers see only the No-Shows tab. Stale Quotes and Churn Risk also need the "View financial reports" permission. If no tab fits your access, you see Sales access needed.
