Watch: How to see your daily revenue in SalesThumb (0:46)

The Daily Revenue report shows how much money came in on each day of a period, so you can spot slow days, busy days and trends at a glance.

Open the report

  1. Open Reports and switch to the Detail view.
  2. Set the date range at the top. Pick a preset, or click Custom and choose a start and end day.
  3. Under Financial, click Daily Revenue.

Read the summary tiles

  • Revenue: the total collected in the date range.
  • Avg / day: the total divided by every day in the range, including days with no payments.
  • Peak day: your best day, with its date.
  • Days w/ revenue: how many days had at least one payment, out of the days in the range.

Read the chart

Each bar is one day. Point at a bar to see that day's date and total. Days with no payments show as a thin flat bar, so gaps are easy to see. Your best day is highlighted.

What counts

The report adds up completed payments, minus any refunds, on the day they were collected in your shop's time zone. It shows money received, not invoices written, so an invoice paid in two parts shows up on two days.

Download it

Click CSV at the top of the card to download one row per day with its revenue.

Who can see it: Owners, Admins and Managers, by default.
