4 min read

The Waitlist Analytics report counts the waitlist entries created in the period you pick and shows how they ended up. It answers "are people on my waitlist actually getting booked?"

You need the permission to view financial reports to see it.

Open the report

  1. Go to Reports and switch to the Detail view.
  2. Pick the Period at the top: Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, YTD, 1 Year or Custom.
  3. Find Waitlist Analytics under Scheduling. The card says "Entries and booking rate".

The report counts entries by the date they were added to the waitlist.

What each number means

  • Total entries: waitlist entries added in the period.
  • Waiting: entries still waiting for a slot.
  • Offered: entries that have been offered a slot and haven't answered yet.
  • Confirmed, Canceled and Expired: entries now in that state.
  • Notified: entries the customer was notified about.
  • Converted: entries that turned into an appointment.
  • Booking Rate: converted divided by total entries, as a whole percent.
  • Offer response: of the entries you notified, the share where the customer responded.

Waiting, Offered, Confirmed, Canceled and Expired each count an entry's current status. Notified and Converted count something that happened to an entry, so they overlap with those.
