The Campaign ROI report lists your automations and how each one has done so far. You need the permission to view financial reports.
Open the report
- Go to Reports and switch to the Detail view.
- Find Campaign ROI under Marketing.
The report ignores the period buttons. It shows the running totals for each automation since it started. If you have no automations, the table says "No campaigns".
The columns
Each row is one automation, and the Campaign column shows its name. See Automating Win-Back and Cold Lead Follow-up.
- Sent: messages the automation has sent.
- Clicked: customers who tapped the booking link in one of its messages. Each message carries its own tracked link, and only the first tap counts.
- Converted: bookings credited to the automation. See the next section.
- Click rate: clicked divided by sent, as a whole percent.
- Conv. rate: converted divided by sent, as a whole percent.
Converted is not tracked yet
SalesThumb doesn't yet link a later booking back to the automation message that may have prompted it. Today Converted and Conv. rate stay at 0, and the Automations list shows the same 0 converted. Don't read that as "this automation brought in no work".
To see which jobs came from which source, use the Referral attribution report, or Channel CAC/ROI if you log what you spend.

A: No. It shows each automation's running totals since it started.
Q: What counts as a click?
A: The first tap on the booking link in one of the automation's messages.
