Your Shop Profile is the one place that feeds your business details into quotes, invoices, your public booking page, and your shareable vCard page. You'll find it under Settings → Shop Profile (`/app/settings/shop`), reached from the "Settings" link in the sidebar nav, or from the Shop Profile tile on the Settings hub page (listed under "Name, address, hours, branding"). The page loads your shop's current values automatically, so if you see blank fields on a shop that's been running a while, that's a sign the fields were never filled in — not a loading bug.
Business info and the Google review link
Business Name is the only required field on this page (marked with an asterisk); everything else — phone, email, website — is optional but feeds directly into what customers see on quotes, invoices, and your booking page. The Google review link field is specifically meant for the "Get more reviews" short link from your Google Business Profile (something like `https://g.page/r/...`) — this is what gets used whenever you request a review from a customer, not just any link to your Google listing.
There's also a "Year established" date field that isn't just cosmetic: once you pick a date, the page shows you a live preview next to it ("3 years in business," or "Less than a year" for anything under 12 months), and that same calculation drives an "X years in business" trust tile on your public booking page. Leave it blank and that tile simply doesn't appear — there's no way to show it without a real date.
Address and timezone
The Address card covers street address, suite/unit, city, state, ZIP, country, and timezone, and is used both on your printed documents and for directions on your online booking page. One thing to note: Country is a plain free-text field defaulting to "US," not a dropdown — there's no validation or list to pick from, so it's easy to typo. Timezone, by contrast, is a real dropdown limited to seven U.S. zones (New York, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Anchorage, Honolulu) — if your shop is outside those, you'll need to pick the closest match.
Virtual Business Card
Below Address is the Virtual Business Card section — a shareable page (`/card/your-shop-slug`) with your contact info that's meant for flyers, business cards, and social posts. The "Enable Virtual Business Card" toggle is on by default; switching it off doesn't just hide it from this settings page, it makes the public page itself inaccessible to visitors. When your shop has a slug assigned, you'll see Copy and View buttons next to the vCard URL so you can grab the link or preview it in a new tab — if no slug exists yet, you'll just see placeholder text and no buttons. The Short Bio field and the Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/YouTube social links (tucked under a collapsed "Social links" disclosure, since they're optional) all gray out and become uneditable whenever the toggle is off. Worth knowing: this settings page itself doesn't render or generate a QR code image — the QR code lives on the public vCard page. If what you actually want is a printable QR poster for booking, kiosk, or review-link purposes, that's a separate tool under Settings → Print QR Codes.
Document footers and monthly goals
Further down, the Document Footers card lets you set custom text that appears at the bottom of every quote and invoice — handy for standard terms like a 30-day quote validity notice or a "payment due upon receipt" line. Below that, the Monthly Goals card feeds the dashboard's goal-tracker widget: enter a monthly revenue target in whole dollars (it's converted to cents behind the scenes) and/or a monthly completed-job target. Leave either blank and the corresponding widget just doesn't show — there's no separate on/off switch, the presence of a number is what turns it on.
Saving
All of these sections share one "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page. While the save is in flight, the button disables itself and shows a spinner with "Saving..."; once it succeeds, a green "Saved" checkmark appears next to the button for about two seconds, then disappears. A successful save also refreshes the shop data cached elsewhere inside the app, so changes here (like a newly added Google review link or updated address) show up immediately on other in-app screens without a manual refresh. Your public booking page and vCard page aren't part of that in-app cache — they simply reflect whatever's saved in the database the next time someone loads them, so there's nothing extra you need to do there either.
