When the card is empty
When no nudges were sent in the last 90 days, the card is a dashed box. It says "You'll see per-kind conversion rates + 12-week trends here once invoices have been paid and the playbook has fired its first nudges." An Open playbook button takes you to the playbook.
The header
The card says "Last" some number of days, then the attribution window, which is 60 days. Use the 7d, 30d and 90d buttons to change the range. Export CSV downloads the table and the 12-week trend. When there is an earlier period of the same length to compare with, the card also notes that deltas compare to the prior period.
The table
There is one row per kind of nudge: Review request, Warranty registration, Cross-sell, Maintenance check-in, Win-back offer and 1-year anniversary. Only kinds that have sent something show up. The columns:
- Sent: nudges that went out in the range.
- Replied: sent nudges the customer replied to.
- Reply %: replied divided by sent.
- Quoted: sent nudges where the customer got a new quote after the nudge, inside the attribution window.
- Invoiced: sent nudges where the customer paid an invoice after the nudge, inside the attribution window. The invoice that started the nudge doesn't count.
- Close %: invoiced divided by sent.
- 12-wk: a small bar chart of the weekly close rate. Hover to see each week's sent and invoiced counts. Click it to expand.
- Revenue: the revenue tied to those paid invoices.
A Total row sums it up. Small arrows next to numbers compare with the prior period, and hovering shows the prior figure.

- A banner calls out the kind whose close rate moved the most compared with the prior period, in percentage points. A second line mentions a runner-up when it moved at least 5 points.
