Open a quote and, if something applies, a Suggestions card shows on the quote page. It says "Add-ons worth offering this customer" and shows a count. If nothing applies, the card does not appear at all.
These are simple rules, not AI. The card only points things out. It does not add anything to the quote. If you want to offer one, add the line yourself.
The three suggestions
Add a warranty tier. This shows when the quote has a film or service line and your shop has an enabled warranty tier that costs more to add than the one already on the quote. It suggests the next one up, the cheapest tier above what is quoted. The title reads "Add" and the tier name. The note under it depends on the tier:
- "Lifetime coverage that transfers if they sell the car. Mention it before they sign."
- "Lifetime coverage for extra peace of mind. Mention it before they sign."
- "Adds" some number of "years of no-fault coverage. Mention it before they sign."
The Take action link opens your warranty tiers.
Upgrade to ceramic. This shows when a line uses a dyed or carbon film and your catalog has an active ceramic film from the same brand. The title reads "Upgrade to ceramic" and the film name. The note says they picked dyed or carbon film, and that ceramic blocks more heat, lasts longer, and won't interfere with phone or GPS signals. If the brand has more than one ceramic film, it picks the one with the lowest cost per foot. Take action brings you back to the quote.
Quote is below their last spend. This shows for a customer on the quote whose latest invoice was larger than this quote. The note gives the last invoice amount and how much less this quote is, and suggests asking if they want anything else.
The green amount
Some suggestions show a green amount such as +$120. It is a rough estimate of the extra revenue, not a price. For a warranty tier it is the tier's add-on price. For the ceramic upgrade it is a flat $120. For the repeat-customer note it is the gap between the last invoice and this quote.
If you never see the card
Warranty suggestions need an enabled tier that costs more than what is quoted. Ceramic suggestions need dyed or carbon film on the quote and a ceramic film from the same brand in your catalog. Repeat-customer notes need a customer on the quote with an earlier invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Does the Suggestions card change my quote?
A: No. It only points things out. You add any line yourself.
Q: Is the Suggestions card AI?
A: No. It follows fixed rules about warranty tiers, film type and the customer's last invoice.
Q: Why is there no Suggestions card on my quote?
A: Nothing applies. The card hides itself when there is no warranty tier to step up to, no dyed or carbon film with a ceramic match, and no earlier invoice larger than the quote.
Q: What does the green amount mean?
A: It is a rough estimate of the extra revenue if the customer takes the suggestion. It is not a price.
