HQ & multi-location

Running the network health scan and reading network-wide deadlines

Score every location on photos, post-service inspections and activity from its last 30 days of jobs, and see every location's license and permit deadlines in one list.

5 min read

Two tabs on the HQ Compliance page give you a network-wide read without opening each location: Network health scan scores how consistently each location documents its jobs, and License & permit deadlines lists what is due or overdue everywhere. Both are part of the HQ add-on.

Getting there

In the HQ sidebar, click Compliance under Franchise Ops, then pick the tab.

Network health scan

The Automated network health scan card scores every location from its last 30 days of completed jobs. It looks at three things:

  • The share of those jobs with at least one photo.
  • The share with a post-service inspection.
  • Whether the location did any completed job at all.

The three are averaged into one score from 0 to 100. A score of 90 or more is PASS, 70 to 89 is WARN, and anything lower is FAIL. A location with no completed jobs in the window scores 0.

Running a scan

Click Run scan now. A line under the card reports how many shops were scanned. The button only appears for people who can change organization settings, such as HQ owners and admins. Everyone else sees a view-only note.

The scan does not run on its own. Scores update when someone clicks the button, so run it before you review the numbers.

Reading the results

Each location gets a row with its name, when it was Last scanned (or Never scanned), a small trend line, a PASS, WARN or FAIL badge, and the score. Every scan is saved, so the trend line fills in as you run more of them.

The latest scores also feed the compliance signal in the Network Health Brief on your HQ dashboard. See Reading the AI HQ Network Health brief.

License & permit deadlines

This tab is a read-only rollup of the Compliance & Reminders items on every location. It lists items that are not completed or archived and are either overdue or due soon. The tab text says the next 60 days.

Each row shows the title, the reference number if one was entered, the location, and a badge: amber Due with the date, or red Overdue with the date. Click Open to go to that location's compliance page. If nothing is due, you'll see Nothing due across the network.

You can't edit or complete items here. Do that on the location's own page. See Tracking licenses, insurance and renewals for a location.

Who sees what

A franchise viewer only sees their own locations on both tabs. HQ owners and admins see the whole network.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Why does a brand-new location show FAIL?

A: With no completed jobs in the last 30 days, all three measures are zero. The score is 0 until jobs have been completed.

Q: Does the scan run automatically every night?

A: No. It runs when someone clicks Run scan now.

Q: Is the health scan the same as a checklist visit?

A: No. A checklist visit is a manual walk-through with pass or fail items. The health scan is calculated from job photos, inspections and activity.
