Every location in your HQ network has its own profile page. It's HQ's one-screen view of how that shop is doing: sales, appointments, team, royalties, and the signed paperwork on file. It's part of the HQ add-on. From here, HQ can also edit the location's details, deactivate it, or move signed franchise documents onto its profile.
Getting there
Switch to your HQ view, click Locations under Network in the HQ sidebar, then click any location's name. You can also open a location from the Open location button on the Franchisee Risk page, or from the flagged locations on the HQ dashboard's Franchisee risk card.
Click HQ Dashboard at the top of the profile to go back to the dashboard.
What's on the page
Header. The location name, its service lines, its plan, and whether HQ bills or it Self bills. Below that are its email, phone, website, and city, plus "Business since" with how long it's been open. Badges show Payments Connected or Payments Not Setup, and Deactivated if the shop has been closed.
KPI tiles. Revenue 30d, Revenue 7d, Appts 30d, Customers, Average Ticket (with close rate), and Accounts Receivable (with the number of overdue invoices).
Franchisee risk. For franchise organizations, HQ owners and admins also see this location's risk tier and score. See Reading the Franchisee Risk score in HQ.
30-Day Trend. Daily revenue (green) and appointment count (blue), with Completion Rate, No-Show Rate, and Close Rate below.
Activity lists. Upcoming Appointments, Recent Invoices, Team (active members and their roles), Resources (bays and installers), and Top Customers (highest lifetime spend).
Footer stats. Messages 30d, Inventory SKUs, Fleet Customers, and Tips 30d.
Royalty & Fees. Shows the location's royalty rule (or No royalty rule), MTD Revenue, Projected Royalty, Projected Total Due, and a table of recent royalty periods. Click View all royalty periods → to open the full Royalty page.
Signed documents on the profile
The Documents card holds signed paperwork from the Franchise Sales CRM, such as the FDD, NDA, or Franchise Agreement. Documents never move over on their own. HQ pushes each one, one at a time.
- On file — documents already on this location's profile. Each shows its type, when it was signed, and who pushed it and when. Click View to open it.
- Available to push from Franchise Sales — signed documents from the prospect who became this location, that aren't on the profile yet.
To add a document:
- Under Available to push from Franchise Sales, find the document.
- Click Push to profile.
- Confirm. The document moves to On file.
To take one off, click the trash icon next to it under On file and confirm. This only removes it from the location's profile. The original signed document stays in the Franchise Sales CRM, and you can push it again later.
Only HQ owners and admins can push or remove documents. Only documents that have been signed can be pushed. For sending documents for signature in the first place, see Sending FDDs and franchise agreements for e-signature.
Managing the location
The buttons at the top of the page:
- Edit — updates the location's directory info: Location name, Street address, Suite / unit, City, State, ZIP, Phone, Email, Website, and Services offered. Branding, catalog, and pricing are managed from the location's own settings.
- Deactivate — closes the location without deleting anything. You'll need to enter a reason. Customers, invoices, and reports stay available, but the shop stops appearing in HQ location lists, leaderboards, and the shop switcher. Reactivate brings it back, with its team unchanged.
- Delete — permanently removes the shop, with no way to restore it. It only works for a shop with no real customers, appointments, invoices, quotes, or payments. Otherwise, use Deactivate instead.
- Compliance — opens the location's compliance calendar. See Tracking licenses, insurance and renewals for a location.
- Compare to Others — opens the Shop Scorecard on the Reports page.
If the location is still in pre-launch, a Pre-launch card at the top explains what's blocked. Click Go live to unblock quotes, invoices, and payments. Going live doesn't change the shop's plan or billing.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Do signed franchise documents show up on a location's profile automatically?
A: No. HQ pushes each signed document from the Franchise Sales CRM to the profile one at a time with Push to profile. Nothing syncs on its own.
Q: If I remove a document from the profile, is it deleted?
A: No. Removing it only takes it off the location's HQ profile. The original signed document stays in the Franchise Sales CRM and can be pushed again later.
Q: What's the difference between Deactivate and Delete?
A: Deactivate closes the location but keeps all its customers, invoices, and reports, and you can reactivate it later. Delete removes the shop permanently and only works for a shop with no real customers, appointments, invoices, quotes, or payments.
Q: Can I change a location's branding or pricing from the Edit button?
A: No. Edit only changes directory info like name, address, phone, email, website, and services offered. Branding, catalog, and pricing are managed from the location's own settings.
