The HQ Sales Matrix page puts every location's kiosk activity in one view, so you can see which shops are actually running the Sales Matrix and which are leaving the TV dark — and how well each one converts the customers it presents to. It's part of the HQ add-on, and because it shows revenue, most HQ members need the View financial reports permission as well as HQ dashboard access.
Getting there
Switch to your HQ view (see Switching between your locations and the HQ dashboard view), then click Sales Matrix under Insights in the HQ sidebar.
Picking a time window
Use the dropdown in the top right to choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, or Last 12 months. Everything on the page — the summary cards, the location table, and the rep leaderboard — recalculates for the window you pick.
The summary cards
Four cards sit across the top:
- Shops in org — how many locations are in your HQ, with how many were active (ran at least one kiosk session) in the window.
- Sessions started — total kiosk sessions across every location, with how many were closed.
- Cash collected — money actually received against invoices from those closed sessions. Underneath it you'll see the value committed at kiosk, plus a small up/down badge comparing committed value with the same-length period just before it (for example, "vs. prior 30d"). The badge doesn't appear when the prior period had no sales to compare against.
- Avg close rate — closed sessions divided by started sessions, network-wide, with the average ticket underneath.
Spotting idle locations
If any open location ran zero kiosk sessions in the window, an amber warning lists them by name (the first five, then "+ more"). That's your cue to call the shop manager — the TV may be unplugged, the rep may not be trained, or the presentation may not be part of the front-desk routine yet. Locations marked Pre-launch aren't counted in this warning, since they can't close sales until they go live.
Reading the By location table
The By location table lists every shop in your HQ, including ones with no activity, sorted by value committed at the kiosk. Shops with no sessions are greyed out and sink to the bottom. Columns are:
- Started and Closed — sessions started and sessions that ended in a sale.
- Close rate — color-coded green at 50% and up, amber from 25%, and red below 25%.
- Committed — the sale value locked in when the kiosk session closed.
- Collected — cash actually received so far on those sessions' invoices. This can lag Committed when a deal is partly paid or hasn't been invoiced yet, and refunds are taken out.
- Avg ticket — committed value divided by closed sessions.
The top shop gets a trophy icon when more than one location is listed.
The chain-wide rep leaderboard
Below the location table, Rep leaderboard — all shops ranks every rep across your whole network by closed-session revenue — the same measure the shop-level scorecard uses. A rep who works at more than one of your shops shows up once, combined, with a badge for each shop they worked at in the window. Sessions with no rep attached are grouped under Unassigned.
Drilling into one shop
For a single location's per-rep detail, open that shop's own Sales Matrix scorecard from its Reports — see Reading the Sales Matrix Funnel and Scorecard reports. A link at the bottom of the HQ page opens the scorecard for whichever shop you're currently in.
Who sees what
In a franchise network, a member with viewer-level HQ access only sees their own location(s) on this page — sibling franchisees' numbers and reps are never included. Owners and admins see the whole network. To change who has access, see HQ users, roles and permission sets.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Why is Collected lower than Committed?
A: Committed is the sale value locked in when the kiosk session closed. Collected is the cash actually received against those sessions' invoices, minus refunds. A deal that's partly paid or not yet invoiced adds to Committed but not yet to Collected.
Q: Why isn't a shop showing in the idle-shops warning even though it has zero sessions?
A: Locations marked Pre-launch are left out of that warning because they can't close sales until they go live. They still appear in the By location table with a Pre-launch badge.
Q: A rep works at two of our shops. Will they show up twice?
A: No. The rep leaderboard combines the same person across every shop into one row and shows a badge for each shop they worked at in the selected window.
Q: Why can't I open this page?
A: It requires the HQ add-on and HQ dashboard access. Owners, admins and other non-franchisee members also need the View financial reports permission. If something is missing, ask your organization owner.
