The Sales Matrix tab in HQ keeps the packages shown on your shops' kiosks consistent. You see each tint, ceramic coating or PPF package as one card, and you can add it to the shops that don't have it. It's part of the HQ add-on.
Where to find it
In the HQ sidebar, click Service Sync under Admin, then click the Sales Matrix tab. It's headed Sales Matrix Sync. Flat glass estimates aren't included, because they are priced by the square foot.
Read a card
Each card is one package: its category (Window Tint, Ceramic Coating or PPF), brand and line name, and its tier or coverage level. It shows the sale price, or a range if shops differ, plus a Coverage bar and the shops still Missing it.
A package counts as the same when the category, tier or coverage level, brand and line name match. Window tint also matches on VLT %, so the same line at 35% and at 20% are separate cards. Capital letters don't matter.
Use the tabs All, Window Tint, Ceramic Coating and PPF, and the Search brand or line... box.
Push one package to the shops that are missing it
Click Push to N shops on a card. The push starts right away, with no confirm step. The package is created in each shop that doesn't have it, using the middle price from the shops that do. The button only shows if at least one shop has an active copy to take prices from.
Push a brand-new package
- Click Push New Item. On an empty tab the button is Push First Item.
- Pick the Category.
- For PPF, pick a Coverage Level: High Wear, Partial Front End, Full Front End or Full Vehicle. For tint and ceramic, pick a Tier: Good, Better, Best or Custom.
- Fill in Brand and Line Name. For window tint, also fill in VLT %.
- Fill in Retail Price ($) and Sale Price ($). The sale price must be more than $0.
- Click Push to N shops.
What a push does and doesn't do
- It only fills gaps. A shop that already has the package keeps its own pricing.
- A shop that is already at its limit of active ceramic tiers is skipped, and the message tells you to archive a tier there first.
- It is a one-time push. There's no edit or remove here, and each shop can change its own prices afterward.
- Your pricing rules still apply to what shops quote.
Who can push
HQ Owners and Admins. Other HQ members see the tab read-only.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Will a push overwrite a shop's kiosk prices?
A: No. Shops that already have the package are skipped and keep their prices.
Q: Why is there no Push button on a card?
A: Either the package is already in every shop, you aren't an HQ Owner or Admin, or no shop has an active copy yet. In that last case use Push New Item.
Q: Why did one shop not get a ceramic package?
A: It is already at its limit of active ceramic tiers. Archive a tier in that shop, then push again.
Q: Are flat glass packages included?
A: No. Flat glass is priced by the square foot, so there is no single price to push.
