Need to change the bank account your payouts land in — new bank, closed account, or you just want to route deposits somewhere else? There's no self-serve "change bank account" button in Settings → Payments today.
What to do instead
Email info@roffik.com with the shop name and what's changing. We'll get you set up with the right path through our payment processor to update the account on file — this is an assisted request, not an instant in-app change, so plan for it to take a little longer than flipping a toggle would.
Before your next payout
If you know a change is coming (switching banks, closing an old account), reach out before your next scheduled payout rather than after — that avoids a payout getting sent to an account that's about to close.
