Watch: How to see your top services and service mix in SalesThumb (0:46)
Two reports show what your shop actually sells: which services come up most, and where your revenue really comes from.
Open the reports
- Click Reports in the sidebar, then switch to Detail.
- Pick a period up top, for example the last 90 days.
- In the list on the left, under Sales, click Top Services.
Top Services
Your services are ranked by how many appointments were booked for each one in that period, so your most-booked services sit at the top. The list shows up to 15 services.
Service Mix
Next, click Service Mix. It shows how your revenue splits across categories, such as PPF, window tint and detailing. Each bar shows the dollars and that category's share of your total.
Service Mix counts line items on invoices that were sent, partly paid or paid, and the shares are of gross revenue before discounts. Discounts appear as their own line, so you can see how much you gave away.
Who can see it: Owners, Admins and Managers, by default.
