Where to find it
From the left sidebar, open Settings, then click the Plans & Billing tile (it's described there as "Subscription tier, payment method, invoices"). That takes you to the Plans & Billing page, which always shows your current plan as a label at the top before you touch anything else.
One permission note up front: switching tiers, opening the billing portal, and canceling all require the OWNER or ADMIN role for the shop — this is not restricted to the account owner alone; any Admin-level teammate can do it too. Also note that the page itself doesn't hide or gray out these buttons for other roles — everyone with access to the shop can see the Plans & Billing page and its buttons. If you're logged in with a lower-level role (Manager, Technician, Front Desk, Service Writer, etc.) and click Switch/Upgrade, Manage billing, or Cancel subscription, the click will go through and then come back with a "Requires OWNER or ADMIN role for this shop" error message rather than the button being disabled up front. That's by design, not a bug — it just shows up as an after-the-click error instead of a missing control.
Upgrading or downgrading your base tier
There are four self-serve base tiers, each billed flat with no annual option: Basic ($99/mo), Starter ($199/mo), Growth ($399/mo, flagged with a "MOST POPULAR" ribbon), and Pro ($599/mo). Every price card also notes "+ sales tax where applicable." Basic is a real, locked-in tier with its own defined feature list — it no longer carries the "Placeholder" badge that appeared during early pricing setup.
Your active tier is marked "Active" and its button reads "Current plan" (disabled, so you can't re-select it). Every other card's button reads "Switch to [tier]" or "Upgrade to [tier]." In practice: Basic's and Starter's buttons always say "Switch to Basic" / "Switch to Starter," no matter what tier you're currently on. Growth's and Pro's buttons say "Upgrade to Growth" / "Upgrade to Pro" only when you're moving up from an existing *paid* Basic or Starter subscription (or Growth, in Pro's case) — but if you're still on the free trial, both instead read "Switch to Growth" / "Switch to Pro," even though it's technically your first paid tier.
Plan changes are handled by the SalesThumb team, not through self-serve checkout. Clicking a tier card takes you to the contact form or opens a support email — the team confirms your plan change and sets it up on your behalf. There is no payment-entry page or checkout step on the Plans & Billing page itself.
Add-ons: + HQ and + CRM/Franchise Sales
Below the base tiers sit two org-level add-ons that stack on top of whatever base tier you're on. + HQ ($599/mo) covers multi-location tools — an aggregate dashboard, royalty and ACH payouts, a centralized catalog, and cross-shop reporting — with the first 5 shops included and $35/shop after that (custom pricing for larger chains). + CRM/Franchise Sales ($799/mo) covers pipeline, sequences, validation calls, an AI assistant, and a document library for franchisors selling new units, and can stand alone rather than requiring the base-tier ladder to matter.
Neither add-on has a self-serve "buy" button. If your org already has one active, its card shows an "Active" badge; if not, you'll see a "Talk to sales" button that takes you to the contact form instead of a checkout flow. That's intentional — these two are sold the same sales-assisted way marketing lists them on the public pricing page, not as instant self-checkout items.
Managing payment method, invoices, and renewal
Billing is managed by the SalesThumb team. To update your payment method, download invoices, or ask about renewal dates, contact support at info@roffik.com.
Canceling or pausing
To cancel or pause your subscription, contact the SalesThumb team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then — and your data stays available for 30 days after that so you can re-activate without losing anything.
