Where to find it
From the sidebar, open Settings, then look under the Advanced section for the Appearance tile ("Logo, colors, and customer-facing branding"). That takes you to Settings → Appearance, where your logo, brand colors, booking page URL, and the sender names used on outgoing email and text messages all live on one page.
Logo
Drop an image into the upload box or click to browse — PNG, SVG, or JPEG, up to 2 MB. The file uploads right away (you'll see a spinner while it's in progress) and is used on quotes, invoices, your booking page, and email headers. Once a logo is set, the box shows it and the button changes from "Choose file" to "Replace logo," and a small "Remove logo" link appears underneath if you want to clear it. Two edge cases worth knowing about: if the page can't determine your shop ID yet, it'll ask you to refresh and try again, and if image storage isn't fully configured on the backend you may see a message that upload isn't set up yet, or that the file uploaded but won't be publicly visible. Either of those is a backend configuration issue, not something fixable from this page.
Brand colors — and the HQ lock
Primary color sets your header background and banners; accent color is used for Book Now buttons, links, and highlights. Both are hex-code fields with a click-to-pick swatch next to them. If your shop is part of a franchise network, your franchisor can lock brand colors network-wide — when that's the case, the card shows a "Locked by HQ" badge, the swatches gray out and stop responding to clicks, and the description names the org that locked them and tells you to contact them to request a change. The Live Preview card just below updates as you type or pick colors, so you can see roughly how your booking page will look with the logo and colors you've chosen before saving anything.
Booking page URL and custom domain
Your shop already has a working booking page at `{your-slug}.salesthumb.com/book`, with an "Open" link next to it so you can pull it up and check it anytime. Mapping your own domain (something like book.yourshop.com) is optional and sits behind the "Custom domain" section — expand it, type in the domain, and click Verify. The status pill will read "Pending DNS," "Verified," or "Verification failed" depending on what comes back, and typing a new domain resets the status so you'll want to re-verify after any edit. As soon as you enter a domain, an instructions box appears telling you to add a CNAME record at your DNS registrar — note that it points to `{your-slug}.salesthumb.io` (the .io, not .com), so double check that when you're configuring it with your registrar. DNS changes can take 24–48 hours to propagate, so a "Pending DNS" result right after clicking Verify doesn't necessarily mean something's wrong with your setup — it can also mean the verification check itself couldn't be reached, in which case the page tells you to try again shortly rather than marking it failed.
Email and SMS sender
Sender name and From address control how your shop appears on booking confirmations, reminders, and invoice emails — leave both blank to use the SalesThumb default. A custom From address needs SPF/DKIM verification at your own domain to work correctly. For texts, the Sender ID/Business name field is capped at 11 characters with no spaces and supports both US long codes and toll-free numbers; the Twilio 10DLC registration that carriers require is handled by SalesThumb, so there's nothing else to register on your end.
Don't forget to save
Nothing on this page is written to your shop's record until you click Save Appearance at the bottom — that includes the logo (the file itself uploads instantly, but attaching it to your shop still needs a save), any color changes, the custom domain, and both sender fields. A brief "Saved" confirmation with a checkmark appears once it goes through.
