The HQ Certifications page shows every location's staff certifications in one place, which ones HQ requires, and which locations are short. It's part of the HQ add-on.
Certifications are still added at each location, on the staff member's profile (the Certifications option in the team list's action menu). This page reads them.
Where to find it
In the HQ sidebar, click Certifications under Franchise Ops. It has four tabs. A franchise viewer only sees their own location.
All certs
Every staff certification across your locations, with the location, staff member, certification, issued date, expiry date and status. Filter by location or certification, or search by staff or certification name.
Required types
Set the certifications each location must have. Only HQ owners and admins can change these.
- Click Add required certification.
- Type the Certification (for example "PPF Installer").
- Under Match on, pick Certification name or Certification type tag.
- Under Counts staff in these roles, tick the roles that count.
- Set the Minimum per location.
- Click Save.
Expired certifications don't count. Certifications with no expiry do. To drop a requirement, click Stop requiring.
Gap report
Lists each location against each required certification, with how many staff are Current, Expired and Missing. Add requirements on the Required types tab first, or this tab stays empty.
Digest
Turn on Send the weekly digest to email HQ owners and admins every Monday. It lists certifications that are expired or expiring soon, and locations below a required certification. Set how far ahead to look with Include certifications expiring in the next (days), from 1 to 180. It's skipped when there's nothing to report.
