When you connect Facebook with Meta sign-in and your Facebook account manages more than one Page, SalesThumb stops and asks which Page belongs to the location you are connecting. That way each location gets its own Page instead of all of them sharing one.
The page is titled Choose the Facebook Page for followed by your location's name. It says: "Your Facebook account manages more than one Page. Pick the one for this location. Its Messenger chats, lead forms and linked Instagram DMs will come into this location's Inbox."
Get to the picker
- Go to Settings, then Integrations, and open Facebook Messenger.
- On the Facebook & Instagram Messaging card, click Connect Facebook Page. If a Page is already connected, click Change Page instead.
- Sign in with Meta and approve the connection.
- If your account manages more than one Page, you land on the picker.
Read each row
Every Page is a row with a round button. Under the Page name you see its Instagram status:
- Instagram linked (@name): the Page has an Instagram account linked.
- Instagram linked, but it's connected to another location: another location already uses that Instagram account.
- No Instagram account linked: the Page has none.
A row can also carry a badge:
- Connected here now: this location already uses that Page.
- Already connected to another location: the row is greyed out and you can't pick it.
Connect the Page
- Click the round button next to the Page for this location.
- Click Connect this Page.
- You go back to the Facebook Messenger page. A message says Connected with the Page name, and + Instagram when an Instagram account came along.
If the Page's Instagram account belongs to another location, you see "This Page's Instagram account is connected to another location, so it wasn't added here." The Page still connects.
Click Cancel to leave without choosing.
Messages you may see
On the picker:

- "That Page isn't on your Facebook account anymore. Pick another one."
- "Pick a Page first."
- "Every Page on this account is already connected to another location. Disconnect it there first, or sign in with a different Facebook account." The Connect this Page button is off in this case.
On a separate notice page, each with a Back to Facebook settings button:
- This step timed out: "Choosing a Page has to be done within 15 minutes. Connect Facebook again to pick your Page."
- You can't connect Facebook here: "You need permission to manage integrations for this location."
- We couldn't load your Facebook Pages: "Connect Facebook again and try once more."
- No Facebook Pages found: "This Facebook account doesn't manage any Pages. Sign in with the account that manages your location's Page."
