The Reports page is organized into a lot of categories — Financial, Sales, Operations, Staff, Customers, Inventory, Warranty, Marketing, Liability, Vehicle, Retention, Scheduling, Staff Admin, and Pipeline. Most of those reports are view-only in the app today. Only a handful have an actual CSV button on them. This article is the definitive list, so you're not hunting for an export that isn't there.
Reports with a CSV button today
- Financial → Daily Revenue
- Financial → Sales Tax
- Sales → Gross Profit per Job
- Staff → Commission Report
- Staff → Payroll Summary
- Inventory → Supplies Usage
- Staff Admin → Time Clock Log
That's it — seven reports. If a report you rely on isn't on this list, there's no hidden export button; see "Reports without a CSV button" below.
How to export one
1. Go to Reports and pick the report from the sidebar. 2. Set your date range (the presets — Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, YTD, 1 Year — or a custom range). 3. If there's data in that range, a CSV button appears at the top right of the card. Click it.
The file downloads immediately — no email, no waiting, no background job. It's named after the report plus the date you exported it, for example `supplies-usage-2026-07-22.csv`. If there's no data in your selected range, the button doesn't show, so an empty range just won't offer a download.
What's in each CSV
The column headers match exactly what's in the file — useful if you're mapping these into a spreadsheet template or another tool:
- Daily Revenue: Date, Revenue ($)
- Sales Tax: Month, Invoices, Subtotal, Taxable, Exempt, Tax
- Gross Profit per Job: Date, Customer, Service, Revenue, Material COGS, Gross Profit, Margin %
- Commission Report: Installer, Entries, Base, Earned, Paid, Unpaid
- Payroll Summary: Employee, Hours, Commission, Tips, Total
- Supplies Usage: Item, Brand, Category, Qty Used, Cost ($)
- Time Clock Log: User, Email, In, Out, Minutes, Break min, Status
All dollar figures export as plain decimal numbers (no currency symbol in the cell itself, aside from the "($)" in the header label where used) so they drop cleanly into spreadsheet math without cleanup.
Not the same as a full data export
Don't confuse this with Settings → Data export — that's a separate, account-wide export tool, not tied to any single report. From there you can download five entities on demand, as CSV or JSON: Customers, Appointments, Invoices, Payments, and Vehicles. It's meant for backups, migrations, and "give me everything" requests, not for the working reports above — it pulls raw records, not the aggregated/summarized numbers a report shows you.
If you need the full rundown on that flow — scheduling recurring exports, row caps, formats — see Export your data — backups and ownership.
Reports without a CSV button
Everything else on the Reports page — Revenue Overview, Payment Methods, Transactions, Appointment Stats, Top Customers, Warranty Claims, Review Velocity, and the rest — is view-only in the app today. There's no CSV button, and no separate download path for them. If you need one of those pulled into a file for a specific reason, email us and we'll see what we can do on a one-off basis.
