Print map turns your territory outlines into a one-page sheet for a meeting or a prospect conversation. It needs the +Territory Mapping add-on. Without it, the print page says "Printing the territory map is part of the +Territory Mapping add-on." For the add-on itself, see Using Territory Mapping and the Market Scorecard.
Two ways to print
One territory. Open a territory's details on the Territory Mapping page and click Print map.
Everything in view. Click More tools, then Print map (this view). It prints whatever area the map is showing. The option is greyed out until the map has loaded a view.
Either choice opens the print page in a new tab.
What's on the sheet
- Your organization name, a heading (the territory's name, or "Territory map" for a view) and "Printed" with today's date.
- The territory outlines, labeled by name, with a scale bar.
- A Legend showing owner types: Shop's area, Awarded to a prospect, On hold for a prospect, Open to sell and Blocked.
- A Key figures table listing up to 30 territories, with a "+ more on the map" note if there are more.
- A footer crediting the U.S. Census Bureau TIGERweb outlines. It notes that ZIP areas are Census ZCTAs, an approximation of ZIP codes.
When you print a single territory as an org owner or admin, the table also shows Population, Households, Median income and Competitors.
Printing it
Click Print at the top. The sheet is set up for letter paper, landscape. The button stays disabled while outlines load or if there's nothing to draw. Use ← Back to territories to return.
Messages you might see
- "Loading outlines…" while the shapes load.
- "No territory outlines to draw here." when the view has no territories.
- "Partial map: …" when only some territories loaded. Reload the page and print again.
- "Nothing to print — open this from the territory map." if you open the page without picking a target.
