The Reviews screen in the mobile app has two parts: Requests, where you see the review requests you've sent, and Google, where you read and answer your Google reviews. To set up automatic requests, see Auto-requesting Google reviews after every job. The web view is in Managing reviews and reputation.
To open it, tap the round thumb button at the bottom of the screen, then Reviews under Marketing. It's for Owners, Admins and Managers. Anyone else sees "Reviews are manager-only."
Use the switch at the top to move between Requests and Google.
Requests
Two cards show Requests sent and Eligible to ask. The screen reminds you that you can send a single request with one tap from a completed job or a paid invoice.
Recent requests lists each customer with the platform and date, and a status pill such as Sent, Reviewed or Failed. Tap Load more to see older ones.
Ask everyone eligible
When the Eligible to ask count is above zero, an Ask button shows the number, for example Ask 5 customers now.
- Tap it.
- The app says it will send a review request to recent customers who haven't been asked yet, by text or email.
- Tap Send.
A message then tells you how many went out. If some failed, it says so and suggests checking that your texting and email are set up. If there's nothing to send, it says no eligible customers have contact info on file.
If your Google Business Profile isn't connected, the tab says "Google isn't connected yet." Connect it on the web under Settings → Integrations and your reviews show up here. If the tab shows demo data, it says so.
When it's connected, the top shows your Average rating, the number of Reviews and the percent Replied. Under Latest reviews, each card shows the reviewer, stars and how long ago. A review with only a rating says "Star rating only — no written review."
Replying
- Tap Reply on a review.
- Type your reply, or tap ✨ AI draft to get a draft you can edit. The first time, the app may ask you to agree to AI features.
- Tap Post.
- Confirm "Post reply to Google?" The app warns that your reply will be publicly visible.
Once a review has a reply, it shows as Owner reply, and the Reply button is gone. Tap Load older reviews for more.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Why can't I see Reviews in my menu?
A: It's a manager screen. Only Owners, Admins and Managers see it.
Q: Why does the Google tab say it isn't connected?
A: The app doesn't connect Google itself. Connect your Google Business Profile on the web under Settings, then Integrations.
Q: Will the AI draft post to Google by itself?
A: No. It only fills the reply box. You edit it, tap Post, and confirm.
Q: Where do I send a request to one customer?
A: From a completed job or a paid invoice. The Reviews screen is for the list and for asking everyone eligible at once.
