Frostbite Marketing is a separate marketing product — not a built-in SalesThumb feature — that you link to your shop from Settings > Integrations. Once connected, it powers the Marketing page (`/app/marketing`), which you reach from the sidebar under "Run the shop" > Growth & Marketing, then clicking the Marketing card (labeled "Frostbite dashboard — AI chatbot & reputation"). The Marketing page itself is a thin shell: it shows a connect prompt if you haven't linked an account yet, and once you have, it surfaces an AI chatbot live feed plus links out to reviews, reports, and blasts.
Connecting your account
On the Marketing page, the button in the top-right corner reads Connect if nothing is linked yet, or Manage once it is — either way it takes you to `/app/settings/integrations`, not an inline form on the Marketing page itself. Find the Frostbite Marketing tile there and open it to fill in two fields: Frostbite Dashboard URL (the base URL of your Frostbite dashboard) and API Access Token. Save writes both to the integration record. If you're updating an existing connection, leave the API Access Token field blank to keep the key you already have on file — typing anything into it replaces the stored key, so don't touch it unless you actually have a new token to enter.
What you get once you're connected
The Marketing page shows four tiles once a Frostbite integration is connected (enabled): AI Chatbot (jumps to the live feed embedded lower on the same page), Review Management (routes to SalesThumb's own `/app/reviews`, which aggregates Google/Facebook/Yelp), Performance Reports (routes to `/app/reports` for white-label marketing performance), and Social Scheduler. Only the chatbot tile is actually Frostbite content embedded in SalesThumb — the other three route you to SalesThumb-native pages that exist independent of whether Frostbite is connected at all.
Heads-up: "Social Scheduler" isn't a social post scheduler
The Social Scheduler tile currently routes to `/app/blasts`, which is SalesThumb's bulk SMS/email blast composer — you pick a customer segment, write a message, and send it as a text or email blast. There's no social-media posting, queueing, or channel connection happening there; if you're expecting to schedule a Facebook or Instagram post from this tile, you won't find that capability behind it. If actual social post scheduling matters to your workflow, don't rely on this tile's label — check with support on whether that lives inside your Frostbite dashboard instead.
The chatbot live feed depends on the Dashboard URL
The "AI Chatbot Live Feed" card at the bottom of the Marketing page only renders the embedded chatbot if a Dashboard URL was saved on the integration. If that field is empty — even if the integration is otherwise marked connected — you'll see a placeholder ("No dashboard URL set") instead of the live feed, with a prompt to go back and add the Dashboard URL. If your chatbot embed isn't showing up, that's the first thing to check in Settings > Integrations > Frostbite Marketing before assuming something's broken.
