You can't change your login email yourself. Open your account menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Profile. The email there is read-only and shows Verified or Unverified. SalesThumb support makes the change after checking it's really you.

Ask for the change

  1. Email SalesThumb support at hello@salesthumb.com with your new address. The link on the Profile page fills in the subject for you.
  2. Support checks that the request is from you.
  3. Your current address gets an email headed Login email change requested. If you didn't ask for this, reply or contact support within 24 hours to stop it.

Confirm from your new address

  1. Your new address gets an email headed Confirm your new login email.
  2. Click Confirm new email in the email. It opens a page with the same button.
  3. Click Confirm new email on the page.

The link works once and expires in 24 hours. Opening the page changes nothing. Only clicking the button does.

After the change

  • You're signed out on every device. Sign in again with your new email.
  • Your password stays the same. If your account had no password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set one, or sign in with an email link.
  • Any Google or Microsoft sign-in needs to be set up again.
  • Your old address gets an email saying the login email was changed.

If the page says "This link is missing its confirmation code", use the button in the email, or ask support for a new link.
