SalesThumb needs every account to agree to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. When you sign up with email, you tick the box on the sign-up form. When you sign up with Google or Microsoft, there's no form, so SalesThumb asks you on the next page.
The One last step page
A new Google or Microsoft account lands on a page headed One last step. It says "Before you start using SalesThumb, please read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."
- Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from the links.
- Tick the box. It says you're 18 or older, you're authorized to act for the business, and you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Agree and continue.
If you click without ticking the box, you see "Please agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to continue." You can't use the app until you agree. If you don't want to go on, click Sign out instead.
Accounts that already agreed never see this page.
When the Terms are updated
If SalesThumb makes a change you need to agree to, you see a banner in the app first. It says when the change takes effect, with a Review and agree link. You can close the banner for now.
The page then says We've updated our Terms. Before the change takes effect you can click Not now. From the date it takes effect, you need to agree before you can keep using SalesThumb.
