Repeat jobs and similar vehicles don't need to be built from scratch. Duplicate an existing quote or invoice and change only what's different.

Duplicate a quote

  1. In the sidebar, click Sales, then open the quote you want to copy.
  2. Click the ⋯ menu, then Duplicate quote.
  3. A new quote opens with the same customer, vehicle and line items. Nothing is saved yet.
  4. Change what you need, like the quantity or price, then click Create Quote.

The original quote isn't changed. Duplicate quote is available whatever status the original is in, including declined and expired quotes.

Duplicate an invoice

Invoices work the same way. Open the invoice, click the ⋯ menu, then Duplicate invoice. A new invoice opens with the same details for you to edit and save.
