The Customers page is your shop's customer directory — every person you've ever added, in one searchable list, with a running total of what they've spent.
Finding the page
In the left nav, look under the Customer flow section label. Customers sits at the bottom of that group, below Inbox, Schedules, Workflow, Team Hub, Quick Sale, Sales, and Invoices. Click it to land on the Customers page.
Customers is one of four tabs
Once you're on the page, you'll see a tab strip: Customers, Fleets, Loyalty, and Pipeline. Customers is the default tab and is what the directory (covered in this article) actually is. Fleets and Loyalty aren't separate pages you have to hunt for anymore — they've been folded in here as tabs, alongside the customer directory, fleet contracts, and loyalty program all living under one roof. If you have an old bookmark to the standalone Fleets or Loyalty page, or the Pipeline board, those still work — switching tabs here just saves you a trip back to the nav.
Reading the directory table
Every row shows Name, Email, Phone, and Total Spent. Two more columns — Added and Last activity — only appear once your screen is wide enough (Added needs a medium-width window, Last activity needs a large one), so on a phone you'll just see Name, Email, Phone, and Total Spent. A missing email or phone shows as a dash rather than blank space. One thing worth knowing: Last activity reflects the last time the customer's record itself was edited, not the last time they were in for a job — don't read it as a visit history. Click anywhere on a row (there's no separate "view" link) to open that customer's profile.
Searching, and a gotcha with empty results
Type into the Search customers... box above the table and the list filters as you type — there's no search button to click. Keep an eye on the empty state, though: if your search doesn't match anyone, the page shows the exact same empty state you'd see on a brand-new shop with zero customers in it — the heading "No customers yet" with "Get started by adding your first customer." underneath. If you know a customer exists but nothing's showing up, double-check your search term before assuming the record is gone.
Adding, importing, and exporting
Above the search box are three buttons: Import CSV takes you to the customer import flow for bringing in a list from a spreadsheet, Export CSV downloads your customer list straight away with no extra dialog, and New Customer opens the full new-customer form. If your directory is empty, that same action shows up as an Add Customer button in the empty state instead of up top — same form, different label depending on where you click it from.
A note on large lists
The table only loads up to 50 customers at a time, and there's no page-number or "load more" control on this view — you're always looking at the first 50 matches for whatever's in the search box. The "X customers total" line under the table counts everyone matching your current search — or your whole shop's customer count when the search box is empty — it isn't capped at 50 the way the visible rows are. So if that number is bigger than 50 and the person you're looking for isn't in the visible rows, add more to your search term to narrow the match count down rather than scrolling for a next page that isn't there.
