Two cards at the top of Settings → AI receptionist tell you how the AI is doing and how much AI your shop has left.
The scorecard: How your AI is doing
The How your AI is doing card scores the AI receptionist on the jobs it's there for, from real conversations. Pick 7d, 30d or 90d in the corner to change the time range.
The top line counts the conversations it had: website chats, calls and after-hours texts. Below that, each job gets a row:
- Questions answered: conversations where the AI answered the customer itself, without handing off to your team.
- Leads captured: website chats and calls that ended with the customer's phone or email saved, or a lead opened.
- Appointments booked: appointments the AI put on your calendar from a chat or call. It also shows what paid invoices on those appointments brought in. Only people who can see financial reports see the money.
- Handed to your team: conversations the AI passed to a person.
- Quotes sent: quotes the AI wrote and texted to customers who asked for a price after hours, with the amount quoted and how many were approved.
Each row shows a percentage, the count ("12 of 40"), a small bar with a target mark where there is one, and a label: On target, Needs attention, For your info, Too few to score or No conversations yet.

The AI allowance meter
Each plan with AI comes with an allowance for the last 30 days. The meter shows how much of it is used, like "AI allowance: 62 percent used", with about how many AI calls that is. Longer AI replies count as more than one call. The same meter shows on Settings → AI Booster.
- The card turns amber at 75 percent and red at 90 percent.
- Usage rolls off over 30 days, so the percentage drops again as older use ages out.
- At 100 percent the AI receptionist pauses until usage rolls off. AI Booster credits don't keep the receptionist running.
- Shop owners get an email when the shop passes 75 percent, and again at 90 percent.
To keep room for the receptionist, the helper tools stop earlier: Fix spelling and Improve pause at 70 percent, the AI reply button at 80 percent, and If nobody replies at 85 percent. The receptionist itself keeps going until 100 percent.
Want more? Click Ask about more AI on the card to email the SalesThumb team, or compare plans in Settings → Plans & Billing.
The meter only shows on plans that have an AI allowance.
