Customer Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use a page a business sent you through SalesThumb — for example to book an appointment, review or approve a quote, sign a document, pay an invoice, or view your vehicle’s records. SalesThumb is software made by Roffik LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“SalesThumb,” “we”). The business you’re dealing with (“the shop”) uses it to run its business.

The shop is the seller

Your agreement for the work — prices, scheduling, the quality of the work, warranties, deposits, refunds, and the messages you receive — is between you and the shop. SalesThumb isn’t a party to it and doesn’t perform, guarantee or warrant the shop’s work. Questions or problems with the work go to the shop.

Using these pages

• Links the shop sends you work like keys to your records. Keep them to yourself; anyone with the link may be able to see what it shows.
• Use the pages only for your own dealings with the shop, and don’t try to access anyone else’s information, interfere with the service, or misuse it.
• Sign-in codes we text or email you are for one-time use. Message and data rates may apply.

Electronic records and signatures

When you sign or approve something on these pages, you’re signing electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a signature on paper. Each signing page asks for your consent first and explains how to get a paper copy or withdraw your consent. You can always ask the shop for a free paper copy of anything you signed.

Your information

The shop is responsible for the information you share with it; SalesThumb processes it on the shop’s behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how, and the shop’s SMS terms (linked on its pages) explain its text messages.

Our responsibility

We provide these pages “as is.” To the extent the law allows, SalesThumb isn’t liable for the shop’s work or products, or for indirect or consequential losses from using these pages, and our total liability to you for anything related to these pages is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits your rights against the shop, or any right you have under consumer-protection law that can’t be limited by agreement.
