The texting program

Adrienne's Dark Windows sends text messages to customers who agree to receive them, for example by ticking the texting box when booking at our booking page or by telling our staff in person or by phone. Appointment texts cover booking confirmations, reminders, updates while your vehicle is being worked on, invoices and payment links, and a request to review your visit. Promotional texts are sent only if you separately opt in to them.

How to sign up for texts

On our booking page, after you pick a service and a time and enter your name and phone number, the “Review & confirm” step shows two optional boxes. Both start unchecked, and you can book without ticking either one:

You can also ask our staff in person or by phone to text you; they record your agreement before any text is sent.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the texts described above and to run your appointment. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Texts are sent through SalesThumb, the software Adrienne's Dark Windows uses to run the shop, which handles your information as described in the SalesThumb Privacy Policy.
